Rest in Peace Nenita Lobregat Wilde
Rest in peace Nenita Lobregat Wilde, she was born to Leoncio and Candida Lobregat (both deceased) on Nov 3rd, 1946. The second youngest of 6 sisters: Aurora Bumatay (deceased, married Rogelio Bumatay), Rosalinda Llagas (deceased, married Mariano Llagas), Zenaida Lobregat, Lydia Pedernal (married Florinio Pedernal, deceased), and Corazon Dejelo (married Rodolfo Dejelo, deceased), Nenita graduated Magna Cum Laude from National University-Manila. She married Edwin Wilde (deceased) in 1979 with whom she spent 36 amazing years. She is survived by two sons and 4 grandchildren: Edwin Wilde, who married Regan Wilde, and their children are Savanna Linda Longcoy Wilde and Juliano Angelo Wilde; and Errol Wilde, who married Elisa Wilde and their children are Elliot Edward Wilde and Gwendolyn Elvira Wilde.
When not raising her family or working to provide for them, Nenita, or Nette as she was commonly called, spent most of her time volunteering for various religious and community building organizations for the Filipino community in Ohio. The rest of her time was spent bringing joy to people with her food and sadness to people that were unfortunate enough to play mahjong against her.
A funeral ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. on July 16th, 2022 at St. Leo the Great Church, 4940 Broadview Rd. Cleveland, Ohio 44109
Free Concert at St. Stanislaus Church
Free concert at St. Stanislaus Church, Konrad & Konrad will visit the Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus, 3649 East 65th Street, Cleveland, on Sunday, July 10, at 3pm, for a special free concert of the works of Polish composers.
Konrad Binienda, on the Steinway piano, has played Carnegie Hall in New York city and concert venues throughout the world. Konrad Kowal, a master violinist, is working on his doctorate at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Both will play together and individually at the upcoming concert.
The program will feature works by Polish composers Chopin, Szymanowski, Binienda, Bacewicz, Paderewski and Wieniawski. For further information call 216-978-3755.
