Jerome Michael Voldrich, age 58, of Medina, passed away unexpectedly on October 28, 2016. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 15, 1958, to Edward (Deceased) and Dolores Voldrich (nee Stepanik). He retired after working many years as an electrical engineer for utilities, Ohio Power and First Energy. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed skiing, golf, photography and astronomy.

Jerome will be dearly missed by his mother, Dolores (Stanley) Stary of Cleveland; siblings, Debra (Michael) Medvick, Susan (Dave) Catanzarite, Thomas (Debby) Voldrich, Jennifer (John) Romoga; nieces and nephews, Brian Medvick, Michael Catanzarite, Scott (Lindsey) Catanzarite, Kimberly (Gary) Skoch, Christine Catanzarite, Victoria Catanzarite, Bradley Voldrich, Katy Voldrich, Emily Romoga and Alyssa Romoga; and grand nieces and nephews, Noah, Josh, Aidan, Kylie and Brynn. He was preceded in death by his father.  

Friends may join the family for Visitation on Thursday, November 3, 2016, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx & Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio 44256.  

Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, November 4, 2016, at 10 AM at St. Leo the Great Parish, 4940 Broadview Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44109. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH) Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland.

DORIS M. LEISMAN (nee Koehler), 87, passed away Oct. 29, 2016. Former spouse of the late Harry G. Leisman Jr.; dearest mother of Geraldine Orr and James A. Banas; grandmother of Cheryl (Jerry) Turk, Craig (Terri) Duncan, Kurt Duncan and Chad (Catherine) Duncan; great-grandmother of Amanda, Danielle and Alexander Duncan; sister of George Koehler and the late Russell and June Raidl; dear aunt and great-aunt. The family wishes to thank the staff of Pleasant Lake Villa (Parma, OH) for caring for Doris for over 9 plus years and an appreciation to the staff at Continuum Care Hospice for the extra care provided to Doris for over 7 months. Prayer for My Pet

In Your infinite wisdom, Lord God, when You created the Universe You blessed us with all living creatures. We especially thank You for giving us our pets who are our friends and who bring us so much joy in life. Their presence very often helps us get through trying times. Kindly bless my pet. May my pet continue giving me joy and remind me of Your power.

May we realize that as our pets trust us to take care of them, so we should trust You to take care of us, and in taking care of them we share in Your love for all Your creatures. Enlighten our minds to preserve all endangered species so that we may continue to appreciate all Your creatures.

Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
